Returns & Exchange Policy

1. Factory Sealed Items

Customers may return or exchange sealed, unopened items in original packaging within 7 days of delivery or collection, provided the product remains unactivated and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Dead on Arrival (DOA) / Manufacturing Defects

In the rare event that a brand-new handset exhibits an out-of-the-box manufacturing defect within 24–48 hours, DuneFone will coordinate immediate replacement or expedited service via the authorized service center.

3. Non-Returnable Conditions

Opened mobile phones that have been activated with an Apple ID or Google Account, or devices exhibiting signs of physical shock, liquid contact, or cosmetic damage are non-refundable and must proceed through standard manufacturer warranty channels.
